Vida's Way Community Development District
The Vida’s Way Community Development District is a local, special-purpose government entity authorized by Chapter 190 of the Florida Statutes as amended and established on January 25, 2024 by the Board of County Commissioners of Pasco County, Florida Ordinance No. 24-08 as an alternative method of planning, acquiring, operating and maintaining community-wide improvements in planned communities.
The Vida’s Way CDD is located entirely within Pasco County, Florida and covers approximately 356.057 acres of land. The site is generally located south of State Road 52, north of State Road 54, east of Curley Road and west of Handcart Road.
The Charter of the District shall be as set forth in Chapter 190, Florida Statutes as created by general law. The powers and functions of the District are described in Chapter 190, Florida Statutes and may be amended from time to time.

The Vida’s Way Community Development District is a local, special-purpose government entity authorized by Chapter 190 of the Florida Statutes as amended and established on January 25, 2024 by the Board of County Commissioners of Pasco County, Florida Ordinance No. 24-08.
The exclusive charter for the District shall be the uniform community development district charter as set forth in Florida Statutes 190. The District may exercise the general powers provided in Section 190.011, Florida Statutes. The District may exercise the special powers including, the powers set forth for Parks and Recreation, and Security, as set forth in Sections 190.012 (2)(a) & (d), Florida Statutes.
